If you do not want your drawings to look flat you will have to combine a variety of techniques and apply them in such a way to your drawing as to give it a realistic impression of depth. This tutorial shows you how you can create this three-dimensionality in realistic, but still simple ways. Give depth to your drawing by applying perspective and shading correctly.
